Following yesterday’s post regarding the few shots of some skate boarders with the Canon 7D and the Canon 16-35 f2,8 L I had a few emails “contesting” the results of the “test”.
Fair enough, as not to put oil in the fire, I started the post saying that the purpose of yesterday walk around shooting with the Canon 7D was for street photography. I can’t imagine myself carying around the 70-200 f2,8 IS L and put in front of people nose as for street photography.
Anyway, I went back and tried to reproduced the “test” using the Canon 7D and the Canon 70-200 f2,8 IS L USM and also took the my Nikon D700 and my Nikon 70-200 f2,8 AF-S VR out for a real deal test.
What happens next is only personal interpretation and doesn’t imply anything nor anyone.
